Cancellation Policy
It is understood that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. In order to best accommodate all clients, it is kindly requested that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. This allows to adjust the schedule accordingly and offer the time slot to another client in need of services.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment with Rosemary, a charge of 50% of the service will be applied. For cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment with Kaleb, a charge of 100% of the service will be applied. It is evaluated by each situation individually and understand that emergencies can happen, so these cases are handled with understanding and flexibility.
In the event of habitual cancellations, defined as multiple cancellations within a specified period, a non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of the service will be required to secure future bookings. This deposit will be applied towards the final service charge.
In the case of a no call/no show appointment, where the client fails to provide any prior notice or does not arrive for the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the service cost. Furthermore, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the service will be mandatory before booking any future appointments.
